The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory customer rights.

1. DEFINITIONS

Within these terms and conditions the following terms will be referred to: Seller meaning Party Wizard, 159 Perth Road, Dundee, DD2 1AR and the company's web site, and sub-domains contained therein, which is www.party-wizard.co.uk.

Customer means the person or company to who purchase any products from Party Wizard

International Customer shall mean, Customer from outside the United Kingdom.

2. GENERAL

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Party Wizard, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.

Party Wizard and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics, or the products found on this website, published on this server for any purpose. All such documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Party Wizard and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Party Wizard and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from this server.

The documents and related graphics published on this website could include inaccuracies or errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Party Wizard and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the product(s) described herein at any time.

3. PRICE

3.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£)

3.2 All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. Postage charges are shown at the checkout stage of the order and will be added to the order total. If placing your order by telephone, you will be informed of the postage charges at the time of order. Postage charges are the same no matter how you place your order, however they vary depending on delivery address and consignment weights / volumes.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payments must be made in pounds sterling (£) only via PayPal

The goods shall remain the property of Party Wizard until the customer has made full payment or until (where applicable) the original credit note is returned to Party Wizard.

5. PASSING OF RISK

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 6.3 below.

6. DELIVERY DATE

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only.

However, it is our aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 48 hours of the order being placed (Saturday's / Sunday's / Bank Holidays excluded).

Delivery timescales are 2 to 4 working days from receipt of your order.

Party Wizard cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the adverse weather, manufacturer, courier, or any other third party.

6.2 SHIPPING

Most orders are sent through couriers. All couriered deliveries must be signed for.

The Customer must request any other delivery method they may require at the time of the order, and if we agree that this is a suitable method of delivery, goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined in clause 6.3.

6.3 PASSING OF RISK

6.3.1 The customer bears the risk of the goods once they have been signed for. In the case of goods being shipped out via none trackable means, the customer bears the risk of the goods as soon as they have left the Party Wizard premises.

6.3.2 When an order is returned to Party Wizard, the customer bears the risk of the goods, and is held responsible for them until they are received by Party Wizard.

7. RETURNS PROCEDURE

7.1 Party Wizard Ltd does not operate a 'sale or return' policy.

7.2 In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a fault or defect or an error in the order (for example, the incorrect items have been sent), the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement (postage charges will also be refunded). The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Party Wizard before the refund or replacement can be issued. The customer is given up to 30 days after receipt of the order to return the goods to Party Wizard, however they must still comply with the Acceptance procedure in clause 7, and contact Party Wizard within 7 days of receipt to inform of the return.

8. CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been despatched. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

8.2 Cancellations can be made with Party Wizard sales line on 01382 566655. A member of staff at Party Wizard will confirm the cancellation; we recommend that you make a note of the staff member's name. If the cancellation is successfully made before despatch, we will totally cancel your order and there will be no charge whatsoever.

9. LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Party Wizard cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party.

10. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with all United Kingdom and Great British laws.

11. COPYRIGHT

Customer may electronically copy, or print in hard copy, the websites content for the sole purpose of placing an order, or for reference to our products and services. Any other use of materials on this Web site - including reproduction for purposes other than those mentioned above, modification, distribution, or republication - without the prior written permission of Party Wizard is strictly prohibited.

Making A Purchase

Some products on this site come in multiple quantity units, and therefore must be bought in those quantities or multiples of. Where this is the case a minimum quantity will be specified and you will have to order at least this amount. If you order above the minimum and not in multiples of the packsize we will make your order up into the smallest packsize encompassing the quantity you require.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All payments are taken via PayPal
